Power · 1180 MW combined cycle Live since Jun 2022

The daily purchase-power records of a 1180 MW power plant, moved from one shared Excel file to a system the whole team uses at once.

For Harbin Electric International (HEI) at the 1180 MW Bhikki power plant, Punjab.

PPMS sample screen: declared capacity and dispatch status for a power plantView image ↗
Problem
Declared capacity, dispatch instructions, fuel, weather and outage records all lived in one Excel file that only one person could edit at a time. Every formal report to the NPCC and the power purchaser was put together by hand from it.
In numbers
  • 4+ years in daily use since June 2022, hosted and run by us
  • 1,400+ daily power records and 1,500+ day-ahead forecasts
  • 1,400+ weather and fuel logs, with 34,000+ hourly readings
  • Dispatch instructions from the NPCC kept with a full revision history
  • Annual capacity tests with degradation tracked year by year, for 5 generating units
Modules
  • Declared capacity (DAC, RDAC, ADAC)
  • Temperature adjustment
  • Day-ahead forecasts
  • Net electrical output
  • NPCC dispatch log
  • Outage & startup events
  • Weather & fuel logs
  • Maintenance schedules
  • Annual capacity tests
  • Daily generation report
  • Role-based access
Built-in rules
Outage times must follow a valid order, gas plus diesel minutes can't exceed the hour, forecasts can only be cloned forward, and finalized records are locked with who changed what.

Problem
Equipment on every rig needed maintenance planned ahead, with the right spare parts available when the work was due, and one view for management.
What we built

Oil & gas · Drilling Live since Oct 2023

Every material across 16 drilling sites, from site request to approved plan, purchase order, receipt and issue, in one system for three years.

For CNPC Chuanqing Drilling Engineering (CCDC), Pakistan Branch, the Pakistan drilling operation of China National Petroleum Corporation.

MMS sample screen: requisition flow from request to issueView image ↗
Problem
Material requests from rigs, yards and head office were handled in Excel. There was no single record of stock per site and store, no controlled approval path, and nothing stopping a store from issuing or receiving more than it should.
What we built
The MMS workflow:
  1. Requisition
  2. Material plan
  3. Purchase order
  4. Inward
  5. Issue & transfer
In numbers
  • 16 sites on one system, in daily use since October 2023
  • 25,000+ materials in the catalogue, tracked by serial number
  • 1,000+ requisitions and 350+ purchase orders raised through it
  • Every plan change kept as a numbered revision, with more than 600 on record
  • The client reports faster approvals, more accurate stock and tighter control of purchase costs
Built-in rules
  • Seven-manager plan review
  • Purchase orders built from approved plans
  • No issue beyond stock
  • No receipt beyond what was sent
  • Unique serial per line
  • Users see only their sites
  • Fiscal-year date lock
  • Chinese & English forms
  • Foreign currency to PKR with GST
  • Excel upload & export
  • 19 printable reports
  • Page and button-level rights

Agriculture · Dairy Live since Sep 2026

From a handwritten diary to a full accounting system in about 17 days, with cost per liter of milk every day.

For a dairy farm in Pakistan with cows and buffaloes, selling milk daily on credit and for cash.

Dairy farm system sample dashboard: milk, cost per litre and cashView image ↗
Problem
Daily records lived in a handwritten diary (roznamcha) and Excel sheets. Errors went unnoticed. There was no stock tracking in kg, no daily cost per liter, no reliable customer balances and no record of who changed what.
Results
  • ~17 days from first build to live use
  • Existing Excel records reconciled and corrected during migration
  • Cost per liter, margin per liter and stock days of cover, every day. None of these existed before.
  • Trial balance balances after every change; stock value always matches quantity × latest rate
Modules
  • Daily activity with manager approval
  • Double-entry ledger
  • Fiscal-year closing
  • Feed stock in kg
  • Cost per liter
  • Livestock register
  • Vouchers
  • Reversal-only corrections
  • Audit trail
  • Financial & stock reports
  • Excel / PDF / Word export
  • Dashboard
  • Role permissions

Energy · Uzbekistan Live · new modules in progress

A power plant's permit-to-work safety process, from risk assessment to isolation keys, with the safety rules built into the software.

Biggest IPP in Uzbekistan · Syrdarya-II

For ENERSOK at the Syrdarya-II combined-cycle power project, running on the plant's own server.

POMS sample screen: key safe and work permitsView image ↗
Problem
Every permit and safety certificate was a separate colour-coded paper form: permits for work, sanctions for test, hot work, isolation, confined space, excavation and radiography. Paper can't stop a permit being raised without an approved risk assessment, and nobody could see at a glance which isolation keys were out.
What changed
  • No permit without an issued risk assessment, and each assessment used by one permit only. The software enforces it.
  • Live view of every key safe: which keys are issued, to which permit, and which are free
  • An isolation can't be cancelled while its keys are still out
  • Every certificate and key added to or removed from a permit is recorded with who and when
  • Same forms, colours and sequence as the plant's paper procedure, so field staff knew it on day one
Modules
  • Risk assessment (HIRA)
  • Work permits
  • Safety certificates
  • Isolation points & try-out
  • Key safe management
  • Audit history
  • Operational log sheets
  • Role-based access
  • Print views
  • Safety knowledge quizzes (in progress)
